1. Is your
Service Department open on Saturdays?
Service
hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 to 5:30 and Saturday 8:00 to
12:00. Saturday service is usually for oil changes and inspections.

Do you have a place where I can drop my car off at night?
Yes,
there is an Early Bird Drop Off Box on the north side of the service
department. Please complete the envelope with the necessary
information, place your keys inside the envelope and seal. There is a
slot to drop the envelope in. Please lock your vehicle.

3.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes, all
of our technicians are ASE certified and they are constantly testing
to keep ahead of new advances.

4.
Do you take aftermarket extended warranties?
No, as of
7/1/2002 we no longer take aftermarket extended warranties due to
complications of receiving payment from them. We sell and accept
General Motors (GMPP) extended warranties and Nissan extended
warranties.

5.
Can I get a ride back to work (or home) when I drop my car off for repairs?
Yes, we
can give you a ride back to work (or home) in the Cape Girardeau area. Please
let us know when making your appointment so we can have arrangements
made.

6.
Do you have loaner cars?
No, we
only provide a rental car when your vehicle is under manufacturer's
warranty and it is in our service department the required number of
hours for warranty to pay for a rental car.

7.
Can I provide you with my own parts for a repair?
Yes, but
we can only warranty the labor on the parts you bring in. If you
purchase the part through us, the part will have a 12 month 12000 mile
warranty. We also cannot guarantee the quality of the part provided.

8.
Can I get my car inspected at your service department?
Yes,
Crown Nissan is a licensed state inspection
station. Cost is $12.00 for a two-year inspection.

9.
What form of payment do you accept at Crown Nissan?
We take
cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. There is a $20.00 charge
on all returned checks. Payment is due at time of service.

10.
Do you only service Cadillac or Nissan?
No, our
technicians are trained very well and can service almost any type of
vehicle
